I called Green Planet to request an estimate for my AC. I had an old AC who did not cool the house , the second floor was warm even when the AC was turned on full blast. Now one year later, my thermostat has worn out and one of his employees came in and installed a new one, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and Politeness of his team. Called Jay on a Friday to come for a diagnostic on our 18 year old HVAC system. He picked up his phone immediately and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. He showed up on time, was very courteous and took his time explaining what work would need to be done, going into detail on technical terms and explaining how the ducts work. Jay and his crew were fantastic. Jay came and looked at my system and ascertained that it was getting along in years. Jay is very prompt and responsive. Installation was fairly priced and his team was efficient and clean. He provided excellent care months after as our electrician had disconnected the heater function. Jay responded quickly and fixed the problem at no cost. Excellent service.
